Extracurriculars: At West there is a club/activity for everyone. Whether you love video games, Korean pop, or sports the clubs range to all levels. The highest attendance is for sports because we have a strong athletic program. Our football team is on the road to success while our basketball team is always good. Coaches are friendly and encourage sportsmanship rather than winning.

Teachers: Most of the teachers at West Aurora are very knowledgable and caring. They strive to push you while lending help if needed. I have never been turned down when I ask for outside of class help or extra lessons.

Health & Safety: In my school everyone has their own groups, so if you are a member of a group that tends to be aggresive towards others then you will get in trouble occasionally but i personally do not like being around those certain people. I do hear roaming in the hallways that someone has gotten in a fight but it is usually someone i do not know and it is not my business or else you might get in trouble as well. Overall i feel safe around my school only if i know theres people around, if i were to be alone, i am not sure.

Extracurriculars: There is not many clubs i hear from. Usually clubs like student president are taken by the popular kids which becomes hard for they shy kids around the school or the ones who are not popular at all. I personally know of one or two art clubs but that is it. I usually not hear from others and if i do, i usually cannot enter without having a class related to that club which i believe is not fair.
