Overall Experience: Overall my experience at Wingate has been great. The teachers have helped me so much and always believed in me even when I was struggling. The people on campus are very friendly and we are all like a family.

Extracurriculars: Starting my Freshman year I was in a total of 5 clubs, West Wackos, Interact club, Habitat for Humanity, Girls Sevice club, Anchor club. My junior and senior year I added two more on Nobacco and Multicultural society. You can not attend West Forsyth and say that there is nothing to be inlvolved with. Not just the amount of the clubs that are offered however the quality, fun, and experiences you have with these clubs and other students are outstanding. The staff there are very well involved with mostly everything that happens at this school.

Overall Experience: My first day of 9th grade I was so nervous and scared because mostly I knew there were going to be kids around me that were a lot older than me. However I warmed up and really started to enjoy my time at west. I want to be an athletic training so I was always involved sports whether I was playing softball ,managing the varsity basketball teams or assisting the athletic trainer on the sidelines at football practice and games. I believe the diversity and the kindness that everyone has at West Forsyth is what makes it unique, there are over 2,000 kids that go there but everyone interacts with one another. If I could start over I would most definitely chose to go to West no matter the bad times I've had. Knowing about how things go at a lot of other schools in my district I would never put my own child in any of them besides west. I've made the best memories, friends, and accomplishments at this shook and I wouldn't trade them for the world.

Teachers: Most of the teachers at West Forsyth are welcoming and overall genuine teachers. The quality of the teachers vary some who are new tend to not be as open with the students than those who have been there for a while. I have recently graduated from west and I believe the teachers I have had for the past four years have done a pretty decent job teaching me what I need to know not only for college however for life as well.
