Teachers: The teachers are WY appreciate their students. They enjoy teaching their students, accomatting their students, and understand that we come from various backgrounds but have the same goal of being successful. The teachers want us to reach our goals and beyond.

Extracurriculars: At Whitney M. Young Magnet High School, there is a club, sport, or organization for literally anyone. No matter one's interests or personality, it is extremely easy for a student here to find their place and stick with it for years, as the extracurriculars here allow students to bond exceptionally well outside of the classroom.

Overall Experience: Without a doubt, there is no other place that I would have rather attended for my four years in high school. Over their time attending Whitney M. Young Magnet High School, the establishment becomes a place that its students can truly call home. I couldn't imagine a better place for prospective students to develop not only as scholars, but as people. There is a place for everyone at this school. Thanks to Whitney M. Young, I was able to build strong friendships, learn from amazing instructors, and experience an incredibly diverse and engaging environment, all while making memories that will last a lifetime.
